SENEGAL SOFTWARE PRIVACY STATEMENT

Senegal Ventures, LLC. (“Senegal Software” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites (“Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Services as defined below (“Customers). This Privacy Statement describes Senegal Software’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s Web sites and the related applications and services offered by Senegal Software (the “Services”). Visitors and/or Customers may alternatively be referred to as “you” or “your”, as applicable.
1. Web sites covered
This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of Web sites that link to this Privacy Statement, including: www.SenegalSoftware.com, www.SenegalVentures.com and associated Customer subdomains (collectively referred to as “Senegal Software’s Web sites” or “the Company’s Web sites”).
2. Information collected
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Senegal Software requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, Senegal Software may require you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services (“Billing Information”). Required Contact Information and Billing Information are referred to collectively as “Data About Senegal Software Customers.”
As you navigate the Company’s Web sites, Senegal Software may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).
3. Use of information collected
The Company uses Data About Senegal Software Customers to perform the Services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” Web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services.
With your consent, the Company may also use Data About Senegal Software Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company, its affiliates, and its partners. As an example, information may be provided about Company promotions or events. On the Company’s Web sites, we will ask you to consent to being contacted by us for promotional and marketing purposes. However, you may opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing emails at any time by notifying us as a reply to any unwanted e-mail, by using the unsubscribe function in any of our commercial emails, by contacting us at email@example.com, or by writing to us at Senegal Software Privacy at 3017 Bolling Way NE, Suite 235, Atlanta, GA 30305, U.S.A. Requests to unsubscribe from Company e-mails may take 5 business days to process.
Senegal Software uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications and collect payment from Customers.
Senegal Software uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites. The Company may also use Web Site Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About Senegal Software Customers to provide personalized information about the Company.
4. Web Site Navigational Information
Cookies, Web Beacons and IP Addresses
Senegal Software uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the Company’s Web sites (“Web Site Navigational Information”). This section describes the types of Web Site Navigational Information used on the Company’s Web sites and how this information may be used.
Senegal Software uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Company’s Web sites and interaction with emails from the Company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site tied to the Web beacon. For example, Senegal Software may place Web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Company’s Web sites. Senegal Software uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites and email communications.
When you visit Senegal Software’s Web sites, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Senegal Software uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s Web sites. Senegal Software also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the Services as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
5. Sharing of information collected
Senegal Software may share Data About Senegal Software Customers with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide Services on behalf of the Company. Without limiting the foregoing, Senegal Software may also share Data About Senegal Software Customers with the Company’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, Senegal Software does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes. For avoidance of doubt, Senegal Software may include advertising in its mobile application to provide the Services; provided, however, that such use shall be in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Senegal Software Affiliates
The Company may share Data About Senegal Software Customers with other companies in order to work with them, including affiliates of the Senegal Software corporate group. For example, the Company may need to share Data About Senegal Software Customers for customer relationship management purposes.
From time to time, Senegal Software may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from Senegal Software, the Company may share Data About Senegal Software Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with Senegal Software’s joint promotion partner(s). Senegal Software does not control its business partners’ use of the Data About Senegal Software Customers such partners collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.
This Privacy Statement sets forth the information Senegal Software collects on the Company’s Web sites and the information it shares with third parties. Senegal Software does not authorize the collection of personal information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Company’s Web sites, nor does it share personal information with any third parties collected from the Company’s Web sites, except as provided in this Privacy Statement. Section 4 of this Privacy Statement, Web Site Navigational Information, specifically addresses the information Senegal Software collects through cookies and web beacons, and how you can control cookies through your Web browsers. All employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and other third parties working with the Company must be familiar with this Privacy Statement and comply with its terms.
Senegal Software uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.
Senegal Software reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
6. Correcting, updating and deleting your information
Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their user or organization record. To discontinue your account and to have information you maintained in the Services returned to you or, upon your request, destroyed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 (404) 594-8286. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.
If you are an individual authorized user, you may, with certain legal exceptions and limitations, exercise the following rights. We will not discriminate against you, in any manner prohibited by applicable law, for exercising these rights. Required Contact Information does not include information that is anonymized. You have the right to request information about the specific Required Contact Information we may have collected about you, the sources of Required Contact Information, the purpose for collecting the Required Contact Information, the categories of third parties to whom we have shared your Required Contact Information for a business purpose and the types of Required Contact Information shared. You may also request information about any third parties with whom we have shared your Required Contact Information for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. You may request this information at the contact information specified in Section 6 or Section 11 of this Privacy Statement. You may request that we delete your Required Contact Information. You have the right to ask us to correct your Required Contact Information. You may request such deletion or correction at the contact information specified in Section 6 or Section 11 of this Private Statement. If we are unable to delete or correct your Required Contact Information, we will refer you to the Customer who authorized your use of the Services to facilitate your request.

Senegal Software uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data and Data About Senegal Software Customers. While every effort and measure is taken to reduce the risk of data breaches, Senegal Software has dedicated controls and procedures in place for such situations, along with the procedures that are required to make notifications to the relevant supervisory authority and data subjects (where applicable).
The Company’s Web sites are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age without parental or lawful guardian consent. No one under age 18 may provide any information to us through the Company’s Web sites without such parental or lawful guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 unless such collection has been authorized by a parent or lawful guardian. If you are under 18, do not access, use, or provide any information on the Company’s Web sites or on or through any of its features without parental or lawful guardian consent. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without parental or lawful guardian consent, we will delete that information. Senegal Software reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. In the event that this Privacy Statement is changed and you access the Company’s Web sites after such changes are made, or if you click “I agree” or take any other affirmative action while using the Services available through the Company’s Web sites, then you have agreed to the modified Privacy Statement.
